- All buildings should be designed to facilitate the elderly and people with disabilities. Increase the productive lives of these people and save money.
- Based on the model of the IFSC, we should set up an International Marketing Services Centre to attract international brands such as Coca Cola, Dove, Ford and Sony who run international marketing campaigns as well local marketing campaign.
- Create a centre of excellence for creativity in all areas; build one centre for real sharing of ideas and learning.
- Decrease the public sector by deploying the current workforce to other governments and government bodies overseas.
- Develop a ‘digital’ equivalent of the International Financial Services Centre. This centre would broker and facilitate the transaction of ‘digital content’ globally.

- Facilitate export opportunities for small businesses/sole traders. There could be a specialist unit set up, perhaps within County Enterprise Boards, which deals specifically with individuals based in Ireland wishing to offer services abroad.

- Financial services companies should give employees the option of paid career breaks up to three years until the economy has turned around.
- Form a task force to analyse progressive SMEs. This task force will identify companies that have export potential and will work with Enterprise Ireland to ensure this potential is developed.

- Initiate a huge sales and marketing drive by start-ups and existing companies. Use independent sales consultants to kick-start this process.

- Many of Ireland’s professionals have the “gift” or ability to mediate disputes, teach techniques for conflict resolution and resolve conflict. Ireland could become an international centre for dispute resolution and training in conflict resolution.
- Promote uniquely Irish products in the Asian markets such as Japan and China.
